1. Software License Tiers & Digital Delivery

Translucent is provided under a digital end-user license with 100% feature parity across all tiers:

• Plus (1 Month): Full feature access for thirty (30) days from activation. Ideal for short-term projects or thorough evaluation.
• Pro (1 Year): Full feature access and continuous updates for three hundred sixty-five (365) days. Our most popular plan for daily professionals.
• Max (Lifetime): Permanent, perpetual access with zero recurring renewal fees and lifetime application updates.
• Single-Device Active Seat: Each license entitles you to run one (1) active session at a time, bound to your Windows hardware machine UUID.
• Machine Transfers: If you upgrade or replace your PC, you may seamlessly transfer your active license to your new device via our customer portal or Telegram support.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Translucent in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically:

• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to tamper with the cryptographic licensing validation mechanisms.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and privacy regulations of any third-party AI APIs (such as Google Gemini, Groq, or OpenAI) you connect to the software.

3. Payments, Currency & Taxes

Purchases are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal). Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and Indian Rupees (INR) as configured on the checkout page. Applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout.

4. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Translucent is provided on an “as is” basis. Rohit Industries warrants that the software will operate substantially in accordance with documentation on supported Windows 10 and 11 environments. In no event shall Rohit Industries be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI model outputs.
